Tuluinga Easter Learning Journey Activity 2: My Version of the NZ flag!🐰😎

Here you may see a shield, The Zealand map,  Grass, Stripes and more things too. This picture really look unique, But can you guess what it is? Ta Da It's my version of the New Zealand flag.

So up at the right top side, I did 2 different shades of brown for my frame and inside of the frame is New Zealand. Why? Well behind the story I got truly inspired by my community, friends, singers, and us. Because we are the people who represent us, New Zealand. So I added our New Zealand Map to show where we are at to the global, and a frame too. Because The frame gives a warm welcome to those, who doesn't live in New
Zealand. I think both of the design show our home.

Next to the two design is a huge shield. Inside the shield I drawn 4 different design, that I combine together in each box. In the left I drawn softball, tennis ball, basketball and more. Because I got really inspired by the player who represent NZ, around the world. So I think they should be acknowledge, and also other people too who play. Because sport is part of some people life.

Secondly, on the right bottom of the shield. I drawn different Patterns of Polynesian and others too. Because I think this design represent NZ as a mix cultures or Biligual.  I proudly to say that the Maori and Pakeha own Aotearoa. But that's what makes New Zealand unite. I got inspired my many different people who's speak in other language.

On the left side next to my sport design. Their is another design which is a heart. I choice this as part of my NZ flag. Because people inspired me, who I know and not know. Whenever their been a problem we will always be by each others sides. So I drawn a big red harm.

Second to last, On the shield is the 7 stars. I choice that design. Because in NZ we celebrate Matariki day. Because this is a tradition celebrating for the coming new years, and it gives good instruct to young kids about our lore with the gods.

Last but no least, the stripe. I really choice this because truly I got inspired by rugby teams logo. It's sound weird but it's true. I feel like the stripe act like the protection of the their logos. So I wanted to put this design, and also because of people who saving our life's. The stripe are going cross, not over the shield.

At the bottom of the shield is Grass. Because in NZ we are protective of our environment of pollution. At different places I seen people picking up rubbish even though it's not their. I got inspired of that and then I put Grass underneath to represent as we
love Mother Earth.

Overall this is my version of the NZ flag. The bright vibrant Grass. The helpful Protector of New Zealanders. The  Big Bold shield that makes NZ. And Finally the warm heart family frame of New Zealand. I hope you enjoy looking and reading this! Stay home safe at home:)

What I was doing was I had to read the NZ tourism Page and found 3 interesting facts I learnt. But I needed to rewrite into my own words which I done below. Overall I found this quite hard but fun too! Because their was some hard words, but I loved to try and understand. Overall I hope you enjoy reading and here is the link for the NZ Tourism:)New Zealand People

3 Interesting facts about the NZ Tourism I learnt.

1. People over the world who are visiting in New Zealand. One of their most favourite thing they love about NZ is getting, to know the friendly and relaxed people in NZ.  Because when they begin a chat with another person in a bar or restaurant. They begin to acknowledge or notice  the people and there area. Which can make them some new friends and learnt something in NZ.

2. In New Zealand rugby is the most watched sport in our country. Because of the rugby teams who are really talented, example like the All black who won the rugby world cup. Here In New Zealand and England rugby has began being in public schools. For those who really want to become a good rugby player,  can Boy or Girl!

3. In the coastline or area. IN fact new Zealanders are very much likely to love their water and it's shown how their is 15% of families who own boats  here. They are really respected as supreme pro yacht designers. Now Kiwis are still strongly showcasing their yachting, kayaking, windsurfing, and rowing parts.
